Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry the chickpeas with a paper towel. (Dryness is key to crunch).
  3. Toss with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
