Baked Cod with Lemon Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 (6oz) cod fillets
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod on one side of a baking sheet, and asparagus on the other.
  3. Drizzle both with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle thyme over the fish.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flaky.
